Dezzy Bee............Dezzy what???!!!

Say hello to Dezzy Bee, my trusty companion and personal Crimson Highland Cruiser!!!

He's a little bright red 2012 Suzuki Swift, and honestly, he's quite the character.

Right now, Dez is the reliable little engine taking me to the most fabulous landscapes my adopted home of Scotland has to offer.

You might look at him and think he's small, but trust me, Dezzy Bee is secretly a bit of a TARDIS. It’s quite amazing how much I can actually pack into his wee interior. My chunky camping gear and all my photography equipment seem to settle in quite nicely. If I push the passenger seat right back (and grab a wonderfully warm sleeping bag in the colder months), he even becomes the perfect, cozy setup for a spot of car camping!

Now, the roads of Scotland - especially when you go looking for those off-the-beaten-track locations (which we do!!!) - can be wonderfully curvy and winding. But Dezzy Bee just takes it all in his stride! and believe me, we've navigated a few properly hairy little roads already, and he hasn't so much as batted a hubcap.

So there you have it You've now met my little car and know just how important he is to all my travels and adventures in and around this fabulously amazing country I call home... Scotland!!!
